Nice place good location

Nice place , small, no satalite or cable tv and close to road but great location and full hook-ups. Good for the for the money, super friendly and no pet fee (even for multiple). We'll be back it's nice and so are they!

Nice. Walking distance. Less expensive than KOA.

We stayed here for two nights and selected it because the KOA is so darned expensive. We like to walk to dinner and do not have to worry about driving and this is a 10 minute walk to downtown Leavenworth, which is a huge plus for us. The downside is that it is located along US 2 which is somewhat noisy. Their WIFI is located in their office and does not carry far. Several people did their computer business sitting on the porch, which is silly given how easy it is to put in a repeater or a stronger WiFi signal.
The showers are clean and nice.
Note that some spots are tiny because the owners and doing the right thing by preserving the trees. We stayed in spot 9, which is fine for a small camper. We thought spot 10 was a parking space for our car. I cannot imagine anything fitting in there. Spots 18 - 30 are quite accurately shown on their website as being along the highway, but while it is a bit noisy, the road is higher so it is not a bad as it could be.
The owners are very nice people and they are working hard to make it work. I would stay there again but I hope they extend the WiFi signal.

Close to town and priced right.

Like I said it is close to town, 1 mile exactly. Right next to the highway so the road noise is constant and loud during the day, but not so bad at night. The spots are small and no grass, just dirt. A really fine dust. They could maybe oil the driveways because every time someone drives by the dust is bad. Our neighbors camp fire pit was right next to our RV and there was a tent site right behind us on the left. The wifi was great to have and the bathrooms looked new. The owners were nice and very accommodating. We had a full hook up site and that is always a plus. I'll add some pictures as well. Overall I would probably stay here again.

Good little park in Leavenworth, Bavarian town.

Nice little park, good wifi, good hookups. Only downside is the traffic noise, otherwise I'd put 5 stars. Managers great! 7 nights for the price of 5.
