Just wanted to inform you that Everyone but One person left this Campground yesterday!!! Even non-Pipeliners! We paid them there months rent less than a week ago and would not refund anyone any money. A few days ago they called the cops at 9:30pm on one man who was staying with a friend (which would make 2 adults for that campsite) from work and last min. changed the rules that the 2nd adult has to be a Family member or they will be charged and extra $145 a month... They called the COPS to help them collect $35 for his previous weeks stay... The guy already had been staying there for 2 months before this... They also started to refuse to dump sewer at this campsite because they wanted them to move up to one that had recently opened. This campsite was paying $575 for a non sewer site and $25 a week for them to dump. And they would only dump the Black tank every other week. LAZY!!! Some others in the Campground were told that they had to move there older veh off the property because they were not using it at the time and did not want it sitting there (non-pipeliners) The night before we all pulled out we were sitting in the near by pavillion(just a covering with a few picnic tables) and they did a drive by on there golf cart and yelled out "Get out of that Pavillion unless you want to rent it!!!" for $60 a day... like our $600 a month lot rent shouldn't cover that. My son who is 4 kept asking me why they are being so mean... Now that should tell you something. Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We have been here for about a month and the people are nice when your paying them your cash but after that fact they dont mow your lawn or keep up with the facilities. They lock the bathrooms & laundry room at 7:30 at night and wont open it till 9am. They wont let you use the pavillion unless you pay $60 a day. The people have no work ethic and do not know how to treat their customers or run a business. They charge outrageous $600 a mo for a full hook up site and $725 for a non hook up site. Money hungry bastards!! And expect for pay extra for anyone that is not related to you or for a third person. Just a heads up... stay far far away!!!

I'm not gonna bore you with the details... Just PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE... DON'T STAY HERE!!! We have been here for almost 3 months and can't wait to leave!!!! Double the price a month compaired to other local campgrounds, 50 amp is not a true 50, small charges for EVERYTHING, And THE WORST costumer service we have experienced at a campground... We do pipeline work and travel around the country. Everyone we know in this park Hates it here... Owners are VERY LAZY!!!
