Rate was not what was advertised. I specifically asked about showers...only one of 5 worked in men's , specific about space requirements....still had to move. Were more interested in the bbq business.
A B campground
Not too bad if it's not Cheyenne Frontier Days. They like most places here will gouge during CFD and they don't like monthly renters, can get more from nightly rental.
Got the job done...
Very nice owners and staff... Dusty, gravel, and packed in like sardines... Also could smell the sewage at times and there was a gas odor from a nearby plant that would sweep down... Was concerned at first that it was in the campground but they assured me it was coming from the plant on the hill... In a convenient location... Also the entrance to the campground sneaks up on you and is a little tight... Decent place to stay a couple of nights
Site not leveled
My site was eroded gravel which made it very difficult to level the trailer. But many sites have cement tracks, so I assume they are level. The bathrooms and showers are old but very clean. WIFI was good. Very quiet area.
AB camping RV Park review
Older park, we camped here in a 23 foot View MH, it is in need of repair, dirty, would not come back, especially not worth the $37.
VERY FRIENDLY STAFF
My husband and I have recently arrived here from Panama City Beach, Florida looking to relocate in the area. Ray and Wendy have gone out of their way to help us feel at home while providing helpful information during our relocation. The BBQ is great. Many police officers have stopped by on all 3 nights we have been here. A local man named Rick, who's daughter works at the BBQ stop, shared valuable info with us about their school district. He came by our tent site the following day with a 4 page print out of statistics and ratings on their school district. The campground is clean, pet-friendly and affordable!
