Gateway to Big Bend National Park

Maverick RV Park in Lajitas, TX is one of the best kept secrets in west Texas. Located on Hwy 170 about 12 miles west of Terlingua and handy to Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park. Hwy 170 runs between Study Butte and Presidio along the Rio Grande River and is abeautiful drive. Maverick has paved parking with all pull thrus, wifi and cable and a great community center with showers, laundry facilities and a heated pool. Reasonable rates and a friendly staff. We ususlly spend a month in the spring to see the cacti and bluebonnets bloom. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
