Not honorable
Checked in only to find we were supposed to be at another spot with the other arriving family. We instantly went to the office. Told them we hadn't hooked up yet but needed to stay with our family. We asked for our money back. They refused but gave a voucher to use next time. The next year we pulled in showed the voucher. The mgr said that person had no right to authorize a free stay. We had paid for 2 nights the first time. Went somewhere else when they refused to honor their voucher.
Angry Campers
Made a reservation in am. Traveled all day, arrived at 5:30 pm to be greeted by two very young boys telling us our site had been given to someone else and they were full. I asked for the owner or manager and was told he left town two hours prior. If you want to make sure you have a spot for the night I would not make a reservation here. No effort was made to help us find a site somewhere else. Luckily we were able to find one of three last sites in Thermopolis.
Eagle RV
This park is NOT named Latchstring it is Eagle RV Park, all the info given is for Eagle. A bit tight, but lots of shade trees & well kept, we paid $36.00 for the night, they very courteous & helpful. Would stay again if we ever came this way again.
