Spectacular View in Small Waterfront RV Park
Found this quite by accident. What a jewel. Right on Arkansas River in downtown No Little Rock. Clean, neat park with some sites pull in facing river. The great views of downtown and river were even better when sun went down and buildings and bridges lit up in changing colors. Wish we could stay longer. Also a pedestrian bridge to walk to downtown.

Downtown North Little Rock RV park is great, great antenna TV, great location, beautiful park right on AR river bank! XKP discount, nice park, will come back, level sites, great views, laundry & gated!
Super convenient
What a great location, easy on/off the interstate highway and right within the heart of the city. There is some highway noise but I've experienced worse noise in many other locations. Two nearby pedestrian bridges connect to downtown Little Rock.
This RV park has all gravel sites, the are fairly close together with full hookups. The electrical service is 50 amp only. Most sites have a slight slope towards the river so some leveling will probably be needed. There is no cable television service but all major networks are accessible with the roof-top antenna. Satellite works very well here because there are very few trees. Wifi was excellent and one of the best I've ever used in a campground. The gates are secured overnight for security but still accessible with a code provided when you check in.
We stayed here in a travel trailer and would visit again.
Great location; lots of discounts
We got the 15% Good Sam discount. Could have gotten the 50% Passport America discount if we had reserved ahead! FMCA, AARP, AAA, Golden Age, active or retired military/police/fire/EMS all 15% off.
Wonderful location. Walkable to the Riverfront District in Little Rock and to downtown North Little Rock and/or the trolley. Lovely downtown with interesting restaurants. Close to the Arena.
On the River Bank...
Not far from the interstate and on the river bank... Loved how the bridge lit up at night and it appeared to be a pedestrian bridge... Saw several road bikers nearby and walking distance to downtown... The park itself had a paved interior road but other than that it was basically a gravel parking lot... No cable but good amount of local channels... Wifi worked well... If you need shower facilities, they have a men's and a women's with one shower/toilet/sink each and some lockers, but clean... Not a very big park... Didn't check out the laundry facility... Office was tiny but friendly people... There was a Coast Guard Office inside the park... Gated and we certainly felt safe... And now for the funny part--- we recently introduced our cat to a leash but she is old and set in her ways and doesn't much care for it, but we saw a man walking his cat on a leash! Hilarious site and we could relate! Lol... Would stay here again, especially at a rate of $24 (with a retired military discount)
Very Pleasant Stay
Had a very pleasant stay with a great view on the river and down town Little Rock. Extremely well situated to see all the local sights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice level sites with easy in/out access. Very secure gated park.
RV Park
This is a convenient RV Park located in downtown North Little Rock, Ar. on the banks of the Arkansas River overlooking the beautiful skyline of Little Rock. The park is within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions.
