Traveler Reviews
Great place to stay.
We stayed here for a month in Oct 16. This park is clean and has freshly remodeled restrooms with Saunas. They have begun their renovations and I believe this resort will become one of the major parks in the area.
Katy and Joe are fantastic hosts and are very knowledgeable about the area. They keep the park clean and we felt safe enough to leave our coach unlocked while walking our dogs.
People are friendly and your close to the Grand Canyon Sedona and Walnut Canyon.
Very nice park
Nice full hookup sites with a wide open feel. Very reasonable rates with Enjoy America
NEVER AGAIN
This place is nothing but Sand burrs and Goat heads, can't let the dog walk any place. Water pressure sucks, staff is grumpy.

Our site was level, grassy and gravel and so were most of the interior roads. They have several laundry facilities, the one that we used was nice because it was adjacent to the game room. While laundry was going on, we worked on a puzzle, played games, read books and relaxed in some comfortable chairs…always a plus when having to do this chore. The other laundry area and shower house was not as nice but still were kept very clean. The clubhouse had a restaurant and was set up very nicely for gatherings. The spa was heated but they had already stopped heating the pool which made it unusable because the weather was still cold. Located only a few miles from a WalMart, many restaurants, fast-food joints and other major stores made it very convenient but at the same time there were no freeway or train noises which made it very peaceful.
This is a AOR, RPI, ROD, WHR & Coast to Coast which we used and paid $10 per night for water, electric & sewer, they do offer WiFi for an additional charge.
