We do 3 to 6 month leases. Pet up to 35 lbs permitted. We are less than 1/2 to the Sandpiper Golf Course, Bacara Resort, Camino Real Marketplace and the beaches. 10 miles north of Santa Barbara. Our rates as of January 2012 are $780.00 per month, which includes water, sewer and trash. You only pay for electric. Cable, satelite and internet available through local providers.
