Hope your leveling jacks work
Really nice park with concrete pads. Who ever poured these pads must of been sipping the wine. First time ever I've had front tire and a rear tire off the pad to get the bubble in the middle. Would try this place again if I could pick my site.
Love this gem!
Stayed here for 2 nights and loved this park! We arrived on a Saturday night to music, free beer tasting and pizza.
We had booked site #10 which is a premium site and well worth the extra money. It's a short site, our trailer is 32 end to end and we were even hanging off the end of the cliff so we could get our slides out. No one in front of us, which was private and we had a balcony with a picnic table. The balcony was not extra space but in lieu of a grassy area for a patio.
We rode our bikes through the park and decided we had one of the nicer spots. The economy sites at the top of the park received all the traffic noise from the 46. Down where we were, you could hardly hear anything. We also liked the platinum sites 151-156 as they overlooked the valley with a nice view. Site #5 and #8 were also very nice and private. You get what you pay for!
We enjoyed the pool on Sunday and it was very refreshing! Not too many kids, so it was quite pleasant. The staff was very nice and very friendly.
We had problems with the wifi, so we didn't bother with it and turned on our own tethering. There was also a power outage on Saturday night, but that didn't affect us too badly.
I went to the fitness center, which was small but with only 1 person in it it was perfect! Only a few cardio machines and some machine and free weights.
Overall a very nice stay in a clean, well run park! Will definitely come back!
Great spot
Lovely views (we are on the bluff) exceptionally well kept. Winds pick up at night, but this is one of the quietest and restful spots we've stayed; Staff was great, and conveniently located.
Great place
Everything was top notch. Clean, fun activities, nice staff and excellent wine tasting area, but you'll need to drive or get a ride to it since it's really spread out. Great value too. We haven't been RVing long but have stayed at 9 different campgrounds, and this is now our favorite. We will definitely be back.
Price was based on 2 adults, 2 kids & 1 dog
Very Nice!
Each space has a small patch of grass and a picnic table. The park has 2 hot tubs and a pool. The restrooms and showers were very clean. It was quiet all hours. Maybe the best part, they offer tasting passes to roughly 40 wineries!
If you plan to stay in winter, fill your water tank or wrap your supply hose. Lows reach the 20's. Our water was a drip in the morning.
We stayed January of 2013 in a DG (standard) space.
Pricey but nice
Stayed here last May while wine tasting throughout the area. Very clean, nice and central to lots of wineries. Great amenities although would be nice for adults if camping with kids was in a separate area...Good for a short stay if cash output is a concern for you!
nice park but expensive
We enjoyed staying in this park but it's not for long term. Prices are the highest in the county although it is nice and clean but right next to highway 46 so you may hear some heavy traffic on the weekends do to travelers heading to the coast. We stayed here in a 5th wheel.
Excellent spot in Paso Wine Country
Great park. Stayed in site 67, which is a deluxe pull through site, full hookups, with concrete and a grass area on the side of the rig. Close to the office and pool. We were down in the lower part of the park, so it was quieter than the upper section which borders Route 46. The park was spotless and well run. The Ravine water park is within easy walking distance from the park and is a great place to visit with the kids. The Ravine water park is a seasonal park, so call before you go if you intend to use the water park. We didn't have an opportunity to do any wine tasting tours as we were in town for a wedding, however the park is very close to numerous winery's and and we saw several different tour companies coming through to pick up and drop off. The area is beautiful and I'd recommend a trip up the Silver Horse Winery for the scenery (the wine is great too, had a wonderful Cabernet at the wedding). We will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
