Pulled in for one night. Didn't want to disconnect from tow but site too short to stay connected. When checked in we were told there is a $10 deposit for key to bathrooms, laundry and pool. Would be refunded on leaving but we were leaving before the office opened at 8. So we didn't use their facilities. Also the heat pump blew the circuit breaker on their post twice in the night. Our surge protector probably prevented bigger issues. Park is advertised as a Good Sam but they use a third party reservation service that would not give us our discount. Bound to be better parks in Vegas.
Good Sam listed this as. 9. Haha. Lots of permanent guests (moms and kids without a man) in park models. Skinny gravel sites. No cable and iffy wifi. Overnight with the doors locked is all I'll give this place.
Really nice park with concrete pads. Who ever poured these pads must of been sipping the wine. First time ever I've had front tire and a rear tire off the pad to get the bubble in the middle. Would try this place again if I could pick my site.
Park was average. But we had minimal wifi at our site and no advertised cable hookup. When we complained to the desk she responded that it was my problem because I booked through KOA and not directly with her. Thus she wasn't responsible. She sure didn't offer to reduce my bill though.
Have never stayed here because it is a little off the highway, but that has been a mistake. Nice big access roads and sites were adequate. Front office staff was great. Only downside was the wifi to read the morning paper was not functioning.
Since Greater Denver is lacking in RV parks this place feels free to gouge the public. I've stayed here several times as I have grandkids in the area. This year they have a $5.00 daily charge for guests to come on the property. This follows years of $5.00 daily charges per animal and now no cable TV all for a premium charge to camp here. Come on KOA...give these folks some competition locally.
