Handy for fishermen
If you like to fish or you like the beaches, you will probably like this park. It IS a parking lot with no trees, but it has all the facilities (water, electric, and sewer). But it is smack dab in the middle of the park and you have water almost lapping at your campsite. It is also smack dab next to a highway, but I don't know how busy it is during the season. It was pretty quiet at night when we were there.
Not my cup of tea, but there were more people here than in the very quiet park about 10 miles north.
Bare minimum
I went to this place just passing through. Just needed to dump the waist and fill the fresh water. It was good enough for that. I wouldn't recommend staying for any length of time. Yes it's at the beach ( bay side), if your looking just for a place to hook up, and park, It's fine. Glad I didn't stay long. $7 to dump, probably about $50 per night.
