Beautiful beach front camping ground in the middle Florida Keys.
This State park is wonderful... Every site is water front and on the Atlantic Ocean. Camp is well maintained and has individual ocean front fire rings. The "No See Em" can be very frustrating in the early evening ( the reason for only 4 stars)during the summer months. The camp ground allows you to witness ocean sunrises in front of your campsite in the AM. Then watch the ocean sunsets from the backside of your camp site. The lower numbered campsites are the best. Kayak rental is on-site, fishing directly from your camp site, and sandbar relaxation at low tide is so relaxing. Where else can you get a vacation spot water front in the Florida Keys for $43.00 per night, plus tax ?
