Great location not too expensive
Jeff on the front desk is great. We managed to get in for two nights on spec. You are quite packed in and it's not the friendliest campsite. But the laundry is good and you can actually walk to some shops and restaurants from the site.
Other residents not friendly - avoid!
Manager was lovely, but as we drove in, we were pointedly told by some residents which direction NY was in and glared at. Which is odd, since our rv is the only thing from NY - my husband is English and I'm from California. Also bathrooms are mind meltingly hot, wifi is spotty, and shade is scarce. I'd avoid this one.
Great Location
We have been staying here for several years usually for a couple of weeks a year & it's always been a great stop.
The sites ar level, paved roads & easy to get in & out. The biggest plus is the location, about a mile from the dog track, a short drive to the ocean & all the restaurants in Naples. I'm paying $150.00 for 7- days, no other place in this area is even close to that price. Friendly people, over all great place !
Convenient Location, Tons of Activities, Friendly residents
We found this park an absolute delight with many very friendly RV'ers. Tons of activities within the park, and a great location to get to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. Park is about 1/2 park models and 1/2 MHs, 5'ers, and trailers. Most are seniors who snowbird for extended months. Everyone seemed to take good care of their lot. Many lots had nice concrete patios and all sites were level. This was one of the lesser-priced parks in the area, but seemed better cared for and friendlier than the others. There are some newer, fancier parks that charge twice as much, but we felt this park's location and price made it a better deal.
