Quiet place
WiFi is very good. Could hear a pin drop at night. 2 broken washers is all they have for almost 100 sites (including tents. ). Just like motels, if there is a swimming pool, the room rent is a bit higher, however no pool and gravel pads make the price we paid on the high side.
Nice spot for a short stay.
Reservations were made by phone and were ready when we arrived. The clerk was efficient but not especially friendly.
Our shady site was a long way from the highway and quiet. The only noise was from children playing during the day and was not a problem. However, not all the sites were as spacious or shady as ours. The trailer sat level on the grass with the truck parked on gravel.
The bathrooms and showers were reasonably well maintained. Because they were at some distance, we did not take advantage of them. The campground did not have a swimming pool. The store carried just the essentials.
The utility hookups worked well until the 30 amp breaker decided to trip under the strain of the AC plus microwave (first time that's happened). It occurred on Sunday evening, of course, after maintenance had hung up their tool belts for the day. We managed to limp through the evening by not using the microwave and limiting the time the AC would run. WiFi was weak, especially at night.
We stayed two nights in a travel trailer.
Not a bad park
Not a bad rv park. The cave on site was great to go through, panning for gems is fun for the kids and the wine shop is fun for the adults. My only complaint is the sites are too small. We stayed in a class c motorhome.
