Dreher St Park - lots of water and trees.
Really nice location. Will definitely come back in the summer. The camper sites are narrow, but ours was long enough to grill, etc behind it. Many sites on the water. We stayed in a TT.
Great sites
We stayed 4 nights in October. What a great campground. We have stayed at several other parks in SC including Table Rock but this one is by far the best. We stayed in the second or "new" campground on the the point or end of the park. As usual there aren't sewer hook up but there are several bathhouses located throughout the grounds. They are pretty spare but are clean and maintained throughout the day. All of the sites are paved and are huge. We had plenty of room for our 30' toy hauler even with the ramp down. Many of the sites do have direct access to the lake and plenty of room for all of your toys. It is acceptable to launch your bot from the public ramp and tie up right at your site. There is even additional trailer parking with in the campground so you don't have to clutter up campsite. All of the sites are paved and reasonably level. Even the "small" sites are huge but campground standards with a good amount of privacy.
The park itself has plenty to do. Near the entrance there is a surprisingly well stock camp store/welcome center along with boat ramps and several day use ares with both beach access and picnic shelters. Between the day areas and the campground thee are several hiking trails. Don't let the map fool you. They are much more varied than they appear on the map. All in all this is by far my favorite state park. We will be back.
