Nice campground
Very nice campground sites are on the water, site has marina, hotel and indoor pool. No beach not much to do around here just a stop on the way to sd. Would highly recommend for nice place to stay passing thru as it is right off interstate. Site had all amenities except cable did not work. They did have boat rental but way to windy to go out. Leave it to mother nature to ruin my plans... Oh well best campground in the area by far
Nice park with great view!
Although we arrived at the peak of the 2011 flood, we were nicely surprised!
The resort is tucked in the bluffs of the Missouri River where we enjoyed its serene views of the town of Chamberlain and the historic bridge crossing the River. Even with the heat index at 105, we sipped our happy hour while enjoying a refreshing southerly breeze coming across the Missouri River. Although the nightly rates were alittle high (we weren't AAA or AARP members) it did include full access to the resort's indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant, tiki bar & outdoor patio. The manager & his wife were extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this peaceful, quiet resort versus The Oasis ( aka Al's Oasis) along the busy, noisy highway.
