All smiles here

What a combination - good space price, really clean and nice park, great staff, awesome lasagna dinner and fantastic entertainment. ? Only thing it could be a little cooler and lot less humidity. Drinking a margarita so who cares about weather. All this is available at Grand Ole RV Resort and Market (only dinner and or breakfast are an additional fee)

One of the best RV parks that we have ever stayed in!! They helped us hook up! They came to our trailer and pick them up or propane tanks and fill them. They have live music every night. Thank you management for giving us such a great time your RV park!

A real jewel

Stayed here because closer to town were full. This place was willing to find me a spot, not the best but offers to let me move every time a better spot opened up. Couldn't ask for more caring friendly folks. I'd call this park first on my next visit to the area.

Our visit

We stayed for three nights while visiting Nashville. Our pull through site was easy to get into. The owners and all the staff were very friendly. They had a breakfast buffet that was great. Had live music every night. We would stay again.

great place to stay

stayed here because prior reviews, very family run business, good people, very accommodating, enjoyed our stay of a week checking out Nashville for first time, took town bus tour halfway into stay, should of took it first, much history, ended week at Grand ole opera show Friday night, My wife and I, 35 foot motor-home with tag vehicle, price paid was about $210 for a week. would stay there again, also had barbecue dinners available on Saturday night, about $10, worth it.

Our Home when in Nashville

We stay here anytime we are in the Nashville area. I'd like to tell you that the place has gone downhill, that you better just move on... I'd like to tell you that because the secret is out and the place has become so darn popular. I'd like to tell you that, but I just can't. The truth is it is a wonderful place made wonderful by the people. I can't say enough good things about it (refer to my former Reviews). Until next time...

Just as Good on Round 2

This was our second stay at The Grand Ole RV Resort. As I stated in an earlier review, the hospitality is what makes this place a 5! This is a family run business, and the owner lives above the office. You just won't find more genuine people anywhere else. They are caring, compassionate, and are constantly making improvements to the property. They have live entertainment 3 nights a week and karaoke on Saturday nights. It is an authentic Nashville experience. It's only 15 minutes to downtown, just off I-65, and there's a restaurant called the Chef's Market a couple of miles away that boasts the #1 caterers in Nashville. We won't stay anywhere else when visiting the area.

Authentic Nashville Experience

Let me be upfront that the absolute reason this RV Park scores 5 stars is without a doubt due to their customer service and genuine hospitality. To give them a bad review means you didn't get to know them (and I'd question your personality) because they are hands down, bar none, the absolute best people I have met anywhere!

We travel in a Winnebago Tour and don't generally stay more than a month in any one place. However, I had to come back to Nashville for unexpected medical reasons and was frantic because we couldn't get in any of the three over off Music Valley Drive. When I called here, they didn't have room for me either but when in my desperation I told them my story, Tommy (the owner) found a spot for us. They truly had compassion! His girlfriend even made me a homemade banana pudding.

The whole family is involved in running this business. The owner lives above the office and is always accessible. His daughter is the manager. His son comes up on Saturday nights and sets up karaoke. Wednesday thru Friday nights they have live entertainment. They also have campfires quite often. There are some local musicians that stay in the RV Park, some of which have played at the Grand Ole Opry, some that play out at Nashville venues like Tootsie's. It is true that there are a few people that live in here permanently, but the majority of the park is travelers visiting the area. Rigs come and go. I should know as I was at this park for about 7 weeks and witnessed it all. On Saturday night alone, they had 20 RVs come in. You may see a pop-up camper or encounter a Prevost... And everything in between!

The facilities are well maintained, decent store with the necessities, good restaurant (highly recommend the pizza), 4 washing machines & dryers, and a nice covered front porch with rocking chairs and a covered patio around back. I have to mention Randy and Glen. They are work campers and great guys. But give them a hard time and tell them that Pam told you to!

Last but not least, there is a set of two train tracks behind the property... And so you better like trains! I do! It doesn't bother most people in there. Some of the sites are close together and it is all gravel. I'll admit that if I were normally rating this place, it would be either a 3 or 4... However, you can't duplicate genuine care, concern, and hospitality! We have found our home whenever we have the occasion to come to Nashville??

They are definitely working on it

We pulled in here after some rain a lot of rain. There were ruts and mud but that is what happens with rain. The ppl running this place were the friendliest most helpful ppl. Laundry was clean. The whole time we were here improvements were being made. New owner in 2013 he is definitely working on it.
