Power problems
Stayed several nights. Power surges every night. Power off completely on one night. Got up at 3am and had to run generator rest of night to stay cool. Power poles all appear old
Great place
This was our 2nd time to stay here. Stayed 4 nights both times. Concrete pads, easy in and out. Nice clean facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Top Notch!
Camped in Motorhome - been to nearly 100 campsites all over US in 8 years -- this is THE FINEST campground we have been to - ever! Incredibly manicured, HUGE lots with privacy and space for up to two cars, along with RV. Staff is FULLY engaged and extremely professional and courteous. All you want in a beach town is here within a few minutes.
Great place to stay
We stayed three nights June 23 to June 26, 2015. It is very well maintained and sites are a nice distance apart; you don't feel cramped. We were lucky to get a spot where we view the pond and the setting just made the stay wonderful. We were close to the board walk taking you to the beach and were able to take our golf cart over and rode it into to town to eat lunch and tool around. Husband loved that part. As we walked around the park we felt there was no bad spot anywhere in the park. Staff were friendly, and very helpful. We did not want to leave, can't wait to come back. We stayed in a 42ft Monaco Diplomat
Beautiful!!!
This place is incredible. You can walk the boardwalk to the beach. The sites are very nice with landscaping- patios, etc.
Great Park but bad power ped on site 741
Great park, have stayed many times. Last stay 10/22-27 in site 741, power surge blew microwave, fireplace, central vac, satellite receiver, and outside TV. Park maintenance looked at pedestal, pulled cover, replaced and blamed plastic ped for failure to allow power cord to seat completely. Giggled cord and left. 2014 unit is still in shop awaiting replacement parts. Bad ped, beware.
Great Park, not so great Resort Manager
We stayed here last summer and enjoyed the resort and the staff. This summer, it was still nice, but we felt the Resort Manager was a bit rude. He scolded us for our outside light being left on overnight and he rushed us out the day we checked out. He also was spitting tobacco juice, which is gross!
Beautiful RV park very relaxing
Stayed for four days and 3 nites. We lucked out getting a spot right next to the pond . Thus had a beautiful view from our RV. The park is well kept. Beach and pool within walking distance. Wi Fi was good and so was cable hookup was great. Nice and spacious so there is a nice distance between sites if you like privacy. Would have given 5 stars if we would have been allowed to get a slot next to our friends that were there for the week. We did get a higher end slot and it was worth it. The price was about $60
New and clean
Stayed a long weekend and loved it! Quiet, clean, beautifully appointed. No problems w/ utilities. And had hookups for late-night checkins at front. Easy walk to beach, just over the dunes (we paid for "blue section" spot, which is closer). A little out from town, but not inconvenient. Highly recommend.
