Very Poor
Bring your own toilet paper for the rest rooms ditto paper towels, owner leaves park un-attended often for a week at a time, bath area has mold on the walls, plants dying from lack of water, better read your electric meter and record the info to compare with your bill, park un attended during the day while owner is working at day job,

A Remote area that runs itself
Features of gossip by others and unfriedly clandestine groups..Not recommended to visit.

Nice park
Have stayed weeks at a a time. Nice club house. Good location. Few block off the water. Interior road not up to parr, but they've been improving them. Stayed under RPI. They dropped ROD.
