Really enjoy this park. Lots of room, warm all winter, nice warm pool, workout room, tennis. Very accommodating management. Our favorite park. Lots of wind, usually no bugs, half hour to Padre Island. Airport 2 blks away. We stay here under Thousand Trails membership, last 6 winters. Current staying all summer.
Have stayed weeks at a a time. Nice club house. Good location. Few block off the water. Interior road not up to parr, but they've been improving them. Stayed under RPI. They dropped ROD.
Good place to winter. Lots of wind. Beautiful park. Nice area. Lots of activities. Have spent month there. Close to orange groves, airport, academy, town, short drive to Padre Island. Encore park.
