Nice Little RV Park

We are 2 months into traveling the US via RV and so far have mostly stayed in state & federal parks but decided to stay at this park due to evacuating Ft. Pickens campground. We were not sure what to expect but have been pleasantly surprised. The camp host met us at the front and patiently helped us back our 5th wheel trailer in (I don't have backing down very well yet) and offered to help us setup the trailer. The lots are nice with a large concrete pad (larger than our 9'x12' outdoor rug) on the side your door opens up to, and has concrete for the trailer tires & jacks. We feel safe here, it is very quiet unlike many of the public campgrounds we have stayed in. This park feels somewhat like "home". If it had a pool I would rate it 5 star. The park is also a great deal considering what the local beach RV parks charge and is very conveniently located close the Walmart halfway between the bridge to Pensacola Beach & Navarre.

What a great place!

This is far from your dirt lot RV park. Magnolia Manor RV Park is well maintained and continuously improved.
There are 2 side by side paved roads. Other than the basics, each lot has their own palm tree, and well water for your plants and washing. You get your own paved patio and gravel driveway that fits 2 vehicles easily so you won't have to walk through any mud if it's raining. Also, there are concrete strips to park your RV/trailer on. There are doggie doo bags available so I don't step in your dogs mess, and a dumpster to toss it into. Wifi is free and fast. There are 2 washers and dryers to use.
Extended stay guests can apply to the post office for a mail box and to Mediacom for cable TV. I have lived here since early 2012 and I know I won't find a better place for the price. We are a 10 minute walk away from a boat ramp and there are many others in the area. Pensacola beach is a short drive away. All of my neighbors are super friendly and it is a good crowd here.
