Nice park

This is really nice park. It is conveniently located off the freeway and within walking distance to a restaurant and convenience stores. The park is tidy and clean with very good showers and restrooms. The surrounding hills are very picturesque.

I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff - they were great.

The only issue I have (and it keeps this park from being 5 stars: we were near the entrance to the park and there was constant yapping from one of the long term tenants. After dark the dogs were inside so no problem. But at around 7:00AM they were out yapping at anything that moved.

Too bad

Love this park! It is a really nice looking place - the entry is wonderful. All of the spaces are pull-thru and are concrete!!!!!! Yes, that spells FLAT!

The shower are to die for and the staff is excellent. But, the wifi sucks. We never could connect. The park subscribes to Tengo which is crap. Dump that and get decent wifi and this park is 5 stars.

Terrible WiFi

This is an average quality RV park with fairly clean restrooms and showers. It really shows it's age in the office and grounds but was quiet and had a lot of shade. The problem was the wifi - never could connect. The manager just shrugged and said that they had been having problems "lately". Of course, the secure wifi the office uses had all bars.

Oh, we also struggled with TV hookup - they forgot to give us the required comcast cable box!

Fix the wifi

Great park, very clean with a lot of amenities. Great restrooms and showers and wonderful dog park. We also loved the eclectic art scattered around the grounds. If the wifi would improve (never could get connected because of limited bandwidth) this would be 5 stars all the way!

Basic Accomodation

This is a fairly large park with a good number of full time residents. The spaces are large but the one we had offered little shade. We were also next to a fairly busy road (which settled down after dark) and the other side of that road are railroad tracks. We had three trains awaken us during the night because we were right where they blow their horns.

Great dog run, clean, but no restrooms! Definitely worth $25.
