Maybe it had just turned on the lights for the season, but our stay on 4/3/15 couldn't have been worst. The park was full of winter trash, the cable was out, were put in a poor spot. The long term trailers were allowed to have all kinds of junk outside. The 2 other travelers that pulled in about the same time raced to beat us out the next morning. Worst $35 we spent all winter.
Won't repeat what others have said, park is excellent! Pet park is huge, clean, with great elevation, and double gated. Easy to find. We stayed an extra day to enjoy.

Nice park. Lots of grass and mature trees. Mixture of retirees, families, and travelers. 4 very nice showers with heaters for comfort. Nice laundry area, big community center. Looks like the long stay folks have lots of things going on. Dog park ok. Wi-Fi not so good, cable is good, but mostly local channels. Park is all paved. Many wide drive thrus with concrete. Gravel back ins and drive thrus. Owner will talk ear off, but really nice.
Couple years old, huge complex, wide open, long concrete pads, gravel sites. Showers ate nice, but pretty far from sites. 3 showers per men/women. K9 area in hollow where the water runs. Some sites would also have water running thru the. Lots of grass. Big picnic tables.
Overall, nice but in development. Stayed 5 days. Wi-Fi all over but not very good server download or upload speeds.
