Resort ? More like try to fit as many RV's into one place . Talk about tight ! Place has a two small ponds with ducks , pool ,rec room ,laundry room and showers the latter had no hot water for a couple of days but they fixed the problem. Lots of full timers , the ones we meet were nice people. Said the new owner is in it for the money, it shows by the way the place is in need of a major clean up. Stay again ? NO !
I don't think it's a resort, just a park. Nice facility, well kept, very nice staff, helpful and friendly, you always get a wave from one of the guys who are out and about. Nice lake, few fish thou. Clean showers and large laundry room. They have a Friday and Sunday night meal, very good, Pam and the guys do a great job. Don't expect to eat until the "Queenbee" gets her meal first, you'll get it when you eat there, although I still don't. It's close to downtown San Antonio and close to any store you want. I would recommend this park and will stay again if in Texas.
