A good walk and you're at the beach. Provincetown is closeby. There's plenty of shade. Some amenities were closed. WiFi was free, not always good but enough for Messages. Shower is 50cents and the time you have under the shower varies.
The strongest point is the connection by boat or train to Boston. I wouldn't spend a day on the site, the amenities are not Too good and not Too closeby.
