Friendly staff stay in office until 7:00pm. Read the driving directions on the website, it is a little tricky getting there without them.
The sites are a bit cramped & the roads narrow.
We didn't plan ahead to stop, but decided against driving all night. Decent pull thru, solid hookups, good wifi. Surrounding trailers looked in good shape, Only complaint was the route through the park to get to the exit, some tighter spots to navigate in a long bed truck with a 40-foot 5th wheel. We got a military discount & a no-fuss check in.
Definitely up to par with any KOA we've been to. All the amenities and friendly staff. The only drawback is the road noise from Hwy 75 at night.
What a disaster! Goodall's need to re-review this park! There is no way that it could have a "4" rating. Busted concrete, overgrown weeded lots, broken security locks on Women's Bath House, long term campers with run down campers, rusted out fire pits with beer cans in them. Reception center and pool appear to be in good condition and what a false lead-in to what awaits RVers. Could not wait to exit early next morning.
A lot of long term unsightly trailers. Some were abandoned. Site were in need of mowing and landscaping. Would not stay here again. Pool was well maintained and clean.
Stayed here for 4 months, shifty management, poor maintenance, weeds all over, bathrooms nasty, potholes all over, sites on top of each other, poor wireless Internet, power surges almost everyday, washers and dryers constantly out of service, noisy at all hours. Stay here only if you have no choice in the matter, this place is no resort, it is a run down trailer park.
This is NOT a Resort. It might have been a nice park 20 years ago. The sites are close together. My awning was over the next site's sewer. Access was difficult. If you have a big rig, forget it. The pool closed at 8:00 pm. The bathrooms are old, poorly maintained, and smelly. I'll stay in the local Wal Mart next time.
