Very nice host, disappointing RV park

We arrived on Sat. morning after talking to Marcy the previous Thurs. night, which was pleasant as can be, only to find that the park had 2 spaces left. They deal on a first come, first come basis, so you get the luck of the draw.
The hostess that helped us was very pleasant and her partner very helpful.
The park does not have cable Tv to the sites, but has satellite tv with big screen in the Club house (back of office)
There is NO view in the park. They do have some well cared for trees, but the park is not quite. Lots of traffic with ATVS during the day.
Someone was running a chainsaw during our stay.
The park has EXCELLENT WI-FI service which kept us occupied in the evening after a day of sight seeing in Mesquite.
There seems to be a lot of permanent renters in the park. 5vers and a few MOHOs with permanent front yards and desert landscaping. Not distracting, just different from the RV parks we frequent.
Spaces are large enough to park your toad or tractor along side of your rig.
According to their WEB site, the park was built in 1984. The service pedestals are in need of help. Dead fronts are bent and receptacle insulation is broken exposing the metal contact area.
Water was great, no problems.
If you are looking for an overnighter and have a small rig, not a bad place to spend the night.
