We had a preserved for several months and informed them that we had a 41' fifthwheel, upon our arrivals noticed the park had very spots. We checked in and went to our site and could not turn in without hitting a tree. We went back to the office and asked if we could get a different spot that we could fit into, there were several spots open that would accommodate us. The owner Joe said that all of the other spots were taken and there was nothing he could do, we drove in from Houston and when I told Joe how unhappy I am and we were going to stay somewhere else. Joe, under his breath said good leave. Customer service is definitely not in their business plan.
