A little pricey, but convenient location.

This camp ground does not have full hook ups on all sites and they charge $3 to dump. Their is not much shade. The location is convenient for checking out the IMAX theater or for grabbing food and the grocery store or diners nearby. You can also jump on the Grand Canyon shuttles that come by every 20 minutes so that you don?t have to deal with parking inside the park entrance. There is wildlife that wanders the grounds. The place is a little pricey, but works if nothing else does.

RV storage

The Grand Canyon Camper Village is nothing more than a spot to store your RV while you visit the Grand Canyon. It?s got full hookups and pull-thru spots on dirt/gravel. The amenities stop at the provided restrooms. The staff are friendly.

If you?re used to a certain lifestyle while RV-ing, this isn?t the place for you. If you can treat this place like your 1st apartment, you?ll do fine here.

Ok campground

Not a bad campground! Full hookup, stone areas to park on, no shade! A bit expensive but given it's location to the Grand Canyon .....

It"s OK

For a place to park your rig and sleep in it this place is OK. We spent 3 nights with full hookups and 30 amp service. This is and older park and seems to be in transition. They have added som park homes and some manufactered homes for tempory housing. There are some 50 amp sights but not many. The park is on the north edge of the town and aboout 7 miles to the Canyon Rim and easy walking distance to several resturants and a grocery store in town. Not many people here in early April, but I bet it gets busy in the summer months.

grand canyon camper village

Really nice to be able to walk to the rim of the canyon, but not much character to the place. If you don't need a hookup, the other campgrounds in the park are much much nicer. Phone and Verizon modem worked.

Class A camping

Plenty of sites, did not have a reservation, not a problem. A little costly ($50), but offer full 50 amp hook up. If you don't need service you can stay at the welcome center across the street for free!!
