Lake Havasu State Park
This is a no hook-up park within walking distance from Lake Havasu City, yet it has lots of desert flora and fauna. Excellent birdwatching both in the park and on the adjacent lake. Nicely spaced campsites with lots of trees and shrubs adding privacy.
