Streamside RV Park & Golf Course

An Amazing Hidden Jem

We stumbled across Streamside on our way back to Ottawa Canada. We had intended to stay for 2 nights but by the time the first night was over we realized that this place was deserving of a longer stay. We are both golfers and the stay and play deal was amazing. First of all I need to mention that our hosts Michelle and George are remarkable people who know how to make you feel welcome. They went out of their way to make sure that we had every thing needed to make our stay enjoyable. The RV Park is cleaner than any campground we have visited including the laundry room, the club house and the washrooms on the golf course. Michelle is a fantastic cook and provides a wide array of dishes at the Clubhouse which is a 2 min walk from the campsites. George is a very congenial man who keeps the golf course in immaculate condition and always stays in touch with his visitors.
As far as golfing is concerned the 12 hole course is certainly a challenge but well manicured and a lot of fun
I will be recommending this campground to all our friends in Canada.
If I had to say anything negative it would be that they didn't have chile dogs eh! but George promised me they would have them by the time we go back.
