If you like noise

This place is too close to the freeway to get a good nights sleep.

Just okay

We like more campground settings, so this is much more manicured with concrete. The "dog park" was insane: you open a gate, go up some stairs and you are basically out of the park and on a small road that is right next to the highway. No real place for a dog to run and play and not too much grass for them to go to the bathroom. And, the lady that was running the park seemed to be in a perpetual bad mood. She was even grumpy with me when I called to make a reservation. We won't camp there again.

Clean park

Easy access, easy after hours check in, convent location off i5. Great for passing through. Freeway noise of course! And we love Muchas Gracias next door.

Jacks Landing RV Resort, Grants Pass, OR

This park is truly beautiful, but I think the word "resort" is an over-exaggeration. There is no swimming pool, but there is a wonderful gazebo with a BBQ available for gatherings. There's also a basketball area that includes a putting green, horseshoes and shuffle board next to the laundry area. That makes it nice to get outside for some fun while you're doing laundry.

The restrooms are kept impeccably clean, as is every area of the park.

Nicely landscaped with a plethora of beautiful trees and bushes in a variety of specimens. Surrounded by mountains, this is truly a beautiful park.

The spaces all have picnic tables and some have BBQ stands (mine doesn't). The spaces feel more spacious than many parks. Our space is #4 and has a lawn area that's probably 12'x20'.

They also have a pet area, which is nice.

I'd highly recommend this park, but I must mention that the internet works 95% of the time, but when it doesn't work, it's super frustrating because I work online.

They offer Good Sam, AAA, and AARP discounts.

If Jacks Landing had solid internet and a swimming pool I'd give it 5 stars.

This is one time when the park is prettier than their website shows.
