beware stay away
most sites are sold.rented for 1 month through the part time park manager.paid $450 plus tax for one month which included everything.owner of the lot got an electric bill for $60 dollars and had the electric company come and shut the electric off without notice while we were sleeping 20 days into our month.manager refunded partial amount of what was owed to us. beware and stay away.owners fight constantly
