No Covid Cleaning

This is an RV park, not a resort and is currently offering a contest and drawing to attract positive reviews for the park. If you turn in a copy of a positive review, you're name is entered into a drawing to win about $80.00 worth of snacks that is claimed to be worth $200.00. So far, it looks like Kelso and Melody below are in the running. Decent park with really nice staff other than GM and "maintenance director", nice pool, playground, laundry facilities and dog park. No tennis court or fitness center, basketball is 1/4 slab with old goal, and horrible road construction on highway and access road make access to park difficult. Lots of full timers here that park in the grass and make park look old, flooding issues, cable issues, no internet and at times no electricity. Spend the $200 on more cleaning supplies for the bathrooms, clean the bathrooms, don't just wipe down the shower doors, realize that pouring generic pine sol in drains and toilets smells cleans but it doesn't disinfect, scrub the floors and walls just once during your tenure, clean all the showers and don't leave bleach powder dried on the floor to encourage people to avoid that shower, update the cable, update the internet, be more polite and you won't have to bribe people for positive reviews. Having a child answer the phones does not help. The park barely covers the basics but price is a little high for the lack of overall caring. Good luck, Kelso and Melody.

Feels like home!

I love this RV Park! Ray & Lisa and all of the staff here are so friendly and helpful. The park is clean and kept up. I love that it is so pet friendly! I also enjoy all the activities they have here. Nice laundromats, pool and lots of trees. The staff have really made me feel at home here. I love being in Boerne and hope I will be here a long time!

Stayed a week

WiFi is not very good. It is free but the server restricts what can be accessed. Could not download an app I needed.
Park is clean but no activities.

My opinion

Propane is more expensive than local providers. WIFI is useless. Daily garbage pick-up is nice. Park is fairly quiet.

Fall. Stay 2010

It is a nice quite & very friendly Resort. Accommodations are clean & very accessible. Some one is always available to help you. The sites are well maintained. I stayed for an extended time and plan to return again soon! Very close to San Antonio, TX!
