The entryway to the park looked like it might be a little difficult to get our rig in but overall the park was clean. I didn't see any big rigs there at all and the park was pretty full. (We did not have our RV but were driving thru town.) Didn't see any shaded spots unless you backed into a spot that had trees behind it. Located right next to a golf course, which my husband liked. The pool is right next to the main highway and very small.
