Tent camped here a few Tims and love it. Almost every site is on the creek and pretty private. There is a building with bathrooms, showers and even laundry. This is definitely worth stopping and taking a break.
As with almost any place in summertime Alaska, bring your big dope.
We stayed at this campground for 2 nights in early June. The campground was clean and nicely wooded throughout. It was mostly empty at the time of our visit, with the closest neighbor two spots down or 75 yards away. Tolsona creek runs through the campgrounds, making for a relaxing atmosphere. Most spots have electric and water hookups, with a dump site near the office. They have showers and laundry facilities. The biggest drawback was the mosquitoes! Otherwise, our family enjoyed the campground. It was about 15 miles to Glennallen for supplies.
