Nice but ...

This campground is beautifully laid out and the restrooms looked nice, what we could see, but they were locked. There was one unisex room available and it was quite nice but there was no hot water and the space was not heated, which made it nearly impossible to use.
This site is a few miles from I-75 but the road is gravel in many places and has a terrible "washboard surface which shook the daylights out of my truck and camper (37 ft fifth wheel).
This park looks quite new and still seems to be in the start up phase.
The sites assigned to short term visitors are in a grassy area in the middle of the park. They were OK and did not have any muddy areas at this time of year.
The approach road is a significant downer for me so I probably would not stay here again. However, the park itself is quite nice and clean.

Stop over visit

We stayed overnight, easy access from I75, and only 15 minutes from I10. This is a 3-year old resort geared for families and all types of sites from tents to super premium lots. Most of the standard RV sites are on grass, but are level and offer easy access.

We used Passport America and received 50% off a premium lot, which was a huge pull thru with a hot tub, gas grill (that started the first time), fire pit, and a huge concrete pad. We enjoyed the site and would return. Price reflect PA discount.

We stayed in 45' motorhome - had plenty of room, big rigs will appreciate.
