Privately owned campground, the couple purchased it the summer of 2009 as their retirement adventure. In June of 2011 it was involved in the Huge Flood caused by mismanagement of the Corp of Eng opening flood gates too late in the season. The campground is being restored and what is completed is lovely! Stayed in motorhome with full hook ups on a large back in site. Great friendly campground...just about midway between Kansas City and Omaha, very easy on off highway and truly is Big Rig friendly, free WiFi with great service.
