Facts.... Charges cash, no receipts, no refunds if stay is shortened. Charge extra for power, and WiFi.Guests charged extra.Bathroom is little cinder block hut with one stall and one toilet. Can't use toilet or sink if someone in shower. Very little shade, dusty gravel no pavement. On main highway (95). Not very pleasant management highly confrontational
