Our family normally stays in state parks but has stayed at several private RV parks and have to say this is one to added to to the keeper list.
Very well maintained, clean facilities, and very nice bath houses. Nice sized pool for the kido's, and a friendly staff. Traffic within the site is low, felt safe with the kids riding bikes and scooters. Very close to Sea World and not to far from Fiesta Texas. Great stopping point for a few day stay.
Sites are close together, recommend mid-level site, on the weekend traffic noise was not bad, but during the week it was loud at times, so not a quite relaxing place to get away. Have to pay for Internet connection per device per day (~$4/day).
