I've been at this park many times on short term and monthly term. It is a 55+ park...no children.
It does not supply cable, internet, nor propane. Tenants/campers must get this on their own. There are 2 propane companies that will bring to your site.
Fishing is outside the park's back property and is not a clean beach front.
Some sites are full-hookups at daily, weekly, or monthly rates. On the other sites, you get your own electricity connected...these are monthly rated lots. There are also mobilehomes and RV's rented by management. However, I would check the unit out before renting.
