This place is not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. The name is highly over rated. It is advertised as a Good Sam park, but upon calling Good Sam, they are not. The owner only wants your money. He charges different rates on a whim. Some paid $70 per night, he charged us $100 and would not give us a discount when asked. The place needs a lot of work and the staff need to be more respectful of campers.
