This lady Dorothy ruined our last 2 days, she had a problem with us and didn't deal with it in a professional way. Please be aware she is not nice at all, besides that everything was good, clean and close to everything. Kids enjoyed the pool!
We came to stay here for a week to visit family. The place is clean and well kept, the problem we had was one of the managers-Dorothy. She is rude and bitter, her attitude made my husband very uncomfortable about parking his truck in the front(claiming we should have told them we had 2 vehicles! We didn't know we had to, we weren't asked at time of reservation),and a few days later she came to our space and started complaining to our kids about our dogs running unleashed around the park and accusing us of letting go to the bathroom on other people's spaces, so I went looking for her to clear the situation, I was not pleased with the fact she talked to our under minor kids instead of waiting to talk to us, so I tried to be polite and explain about a little accident one of our dogs had earlier but in no way they were unleashed or going potty on people's spaces. She wouldn't take and kept saying "You were caught lady, you were caught!" I was furious and told her her attitude was the worst I've seen and she should not be managing that place and treating people like that. Lorraine was the other lady that had made our reservation but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to meet her, she was pleasant, super nice and very willing to help us get a space since there pretty booked that wee. Due to Dorothy's attitude we will not be staying there again, unless of course she is gone. That lady has some serious issues, she is bitter and the look on her face was kind of evil. Be aware!
