Beautiful park

We stayed here for the weekend and really enjoyed this park. We needed EW hookup and were directed to stay in the A loop. Our site was shaded and private and suited our needs just fine. If we go back, I will request the B loop because it has nicer cement pads for parking campers and was not quite as primitive.
The bath house was very clean and well kept.
The park has lots of walking trails and good water access.
We were also fortunate enough to spot several bald eagles soaring along the coastline.

Great Park

The wife and I went down in the fall when the colors were at there peak!! It is a very nice park. Got alot to do from going to the museums, walking trails, swimming (in season),geocashing and Williamsburg. This is one our favorite state parks. Can do alot from this little gem of a park.
