Small park with a farm feel.

Small, quaint park outside of Roswell with a cool farm feel. All spaces are back in with full hookups. Strong WiFi. Owners are friendly and had no issues with our late arrival. Did not use the laundry our shower facilities so I can?t speak about them. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Park is convenient, quite and clean. Plenty of space between RVs. Courteous people. But small park. Book early.

Excellent Small Park

We stayed here overnight during a trip from Chama, NM to Hondo, TX. This is a small park with a few spaces but they were well separated. The sites, as well as the rest of the park, were well landscaped and neat. The site we were in was one of two pull throughs. The owners were awesome people - very helpful and friendly.

Big surprise in a little package

This park is really small, only 15 spaces, but is neat and prim, almost homey. All the sites are back in, full hookup and quite level. The roads and sites are gravel with lots of grass all around and between sites. The whole park is very attractive with obvious constant care by the owners who live on site. The owner is very helpful and takes the time to be sure you are settled in and if you need anything. She'll also tell you where you can walk your dog. It is rather like camping in their backyard.
Besides the grounds, which are well cared for, the park is surrounded by big, mature trees and a white board fence. And it is all easy in, easy out to the highway, US380 east of Roswell. The sites are a little close, there is room for a picnic table but not much else. Chances are you are here to see Roswell, this park is not the destination. This park is an easy and comfortable base to start your alien UFO search.
The office/store building is very nice and interesting too with odds 'n ends on display that are just fun to investigate. This building also houses the laundry and the men's and women's bathrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and obviously monitored and cleaned as part of the office.
The cable is really amazing there are probably more than 80 channels, and all clear. Wi-fi is also a pleasant surprise, steady and consistent.
The park is well lit at night and all-in-all a very comfortable and secure stop on your way.

Love this place!

2nd time we've been here and will return. It's a small park but has easy ingress/egress. Beautiful setting with gravel and grass. Big shade trees. Very nice people. 3 of us, 2 dogs. 38' RV not towing, but room if you are. I'd definitely return!
