Good for a short stay

We stayed here a week passing through. This is a small, nonfrills campground. But the location makes it easily accessible to all the things to do in Pigeon Forge.

It does have a fenced in dog run. And the kids swam in the creek and had fun.

Downside is our youngest had his bike stolen the last day we were there.
There are a lot of school kids we found out that walk by the park. We had 3 bikes out there and the youngests was taken.

If you stay on the edge of park, make sure to lock up valuables.

Great little spot

This isn't a large and luxurious all inclusive resort. This is a nice small and quiet place that isn't really that big. The lots are big and level. Gravel pads with a concrete patio. A metal bistro table and chairs were on all sites. Some had a stove looking fireplace as their fire pit. It looked like they had some long term stays, but most of the sites turned over regularly.
It is in a great location and close to everything. Go to Publix instead of the Kroger. It was always picked clean.
This place is definitely a 4.75 Star. The reason it's not a five star is that the wifi wasn't very strong. We were along the fence and didn't get the campground wifi. We had to use our wifi extender.
We would definitely stay here again.
Again, no frills. Just a parking spot but there is a lot to do around. We don't need a pool and other extras. ??

Attentive owners

We always enjoy our stays here. We have found the owners attentive and caring when there are needs. It is a small and compact park but very comfortable, and very accessible to all tourists attractions in the Smokie Mountains.

Good monthly rate...

We stayed here for a month and the rate reflects that. The park is convenient to the strip but it is cramped. The park owner is very helpful and friendly and she is the reason we liked the park as much as we did. Sites are gravel, mostly level but some are uneven due to the weight of big rigs. Laundry facilities are on site and they work well. Wi-Fi was good with about 95% up time. Restrooms and showers were generally clean but could be cleaned much better. Electricity and water pressure were both fine the whole time, even when the park was full. She really needs a workamper to help her but she got burned by one so refuses to do that any more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will certainly stay again.
