Mountain View RV. Van Horn TX
Lovely, clean open park. Stayed 2 nites. Highly recommend.
Lovely park!
This is a very beautiful park in the middle of nowhere! All pull throughs so we didn't have to unhook and they offer to drive you into town so you don't have too! We just stayed one night so that was very convenient! The man in the office was super nice too!
Little gem in the middle of nowhere
I have to day I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of this RV park. It was clean great bathroom and laundry facilities and the host was friendly and helped us get the right spot for our big RV. I had no idea what to expect and when we called the KOA park down the road to see if they had room for us we were told they didn't but to try this park instead. I'm glad we dos because it was a great stay in a nice quiet park.
Sand spurs
The only negative I have to complain about is the sand spurs located throughout the RV Park. Had to pick some out of my dogs paws. We found no clear grassy areas to walk them. 12 channels of cable work...wifi works. Great views.
fabulous park
This is a beautiful, well-priced park. For $27 (with Good Sam rate), you get trees, a view of lovely mountains and desert, no city eyesores, and a very well-kept and nicely-serviced park. I was going to drive another hour but stopped here because the park is so nice. Much better than more expensive parks in cities where you pay more to park with no landscaping or view.
Nice folks, good place to stay
Had a catastrophic failure of my tow vehicle. These folks found a way to move my rv to the park and settle me in while my husband was in route with the other truck. Clean, trees on most sites good bathrooms and laundry facilities. These folks are friendly and helpful. To a fault.
Misleading Signs
Park has huge signs on the freeway advertising full hookups at $12.50 per night. Then when you get off the freeway and drive into the park, they want $30 per night! Lady in office said, "that sign has been there for years." The park might be worth $30, but we were annoyed and left.
