Nice, but no sewer hook-ups
This park had a nice setting with shaded sites as well as water sites on the dock and near the mangroves. There was an on sites restaurant for breakfast and a Tiki bar in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here and drove to Key West to spend a day. There were many people with large dogs staying in the park, but the dogs seemed to be well behaved.
There were no sewer hook-ups in this park but dump services were available for an additional fee.
What a hidden gem!
What a find this is! The park is very clean and the sites are nice. There are spots that you can harbor your boat right at your campsite. There is a resturant in the campground that has really good, VERY inexpensive food (and the staff there was GREAT). The bathrooms are clean and well lit.The only "down" is there is no septic hook up. But for $10 the mantainance guys (who are also great) will pump out your tanks, or you can dump yourself at the free dumpstation. Wi Fi is decent, but you will get kicked off if there are a ton of people in the resort. We will be back, over all it was a GREAT experience!
