Should've known when the signs on the counter said "NO REFUNDS for ANY reason".
Paid the monthly rate of $370+$100[elec.] for a SWAMP. Now we know what 'mudding' is - a walk to the showers or pool. Only the road is gravel. The rules say no outdoor mats and there is no picnic table at the sites.
Next time we'll go to Cedar Pines instead, not a puddle in the whole place.
